About Mikey
Mikey grew up in a motorsports family around a father who toyed with a couple variants of the 2nd generation rx7 to uncles who roamed around the Midwest tracking their BMW's. At the age of 15 he was able to get a head start on his future career catering to Honda and Acura Performance by getting a job a local performance shop. Offering turbo installs, engine swaps and transmission conversions in the mid to late 90's there were no google searches or internet write-ups to get the job done.

In 2003 he ventured off from working for other shops and decided it was time to venture off onto his own. ProFunction was born and was a Honda / Acura full service center that offered everything from basic tune ups to full out race prep. Tuning and engine building was always a specialty. In 2016 it was decided that it was time to strictly focus on tuning and engine building.
